Noahs Ark Catamaran Trip

We had an AMAZING time with Captain Frank in Turks and Caicos! From start to finish, the experience was so much fun. The rum punch was great, the music was 🔥, and having a DJ booth on the boat made the whole ride even better! 🎶🍹 The staff were SO nice and welcoming. They helped us getting on and off the boat, and they went above and beyond for us. We actually missed our pickup, and they were kind enough to come back and get us! 🥹 To top it off, my cousin accidentally left her bag on the boat with her ID and bank cards inside. We called the next day, and they went out of their way to bring the bag to the restaurant where we were having brunch. That level of customer service really meant a lot to us! If you’re visiting Turks and Caicos, I HIGHLY recommend Captain Frank! Great vibes, great music, great drinks, and an amazing crew! We had such a great time and would definitely do it again! 💕🌴⛵️

Great excursion, too many stops prior to event which caused a lag in starting. Other than that everything was great! Wish I knew about jetcar package prior to my first excursion.

Fun atmosphere with unlimited rum punch & water. The Dj did a great job playing to the crowd. We were picked up 30 minutes later than our scheduled pick up time but was made aware ahead of time that it was a possible delay up to 30 minutes. Overall, I would recommend this tour to Noah’s Ark.

We waited on the beach for TWO HOURS for a pickup at our meeting point at Club Med. The Captain forgot about us at our pickup location and skipped our stop. Luckily we had others onboard to advocate for us. There's no number to call/no representative on the beach so you're wondering and wandering if it was a SCAM. When we were picked up, we realized everyone onboard was unprofessional. No drinks until we reached Noah's Ark. They don't tell you, BUT I WILL TELL YOU; you HAVE TO SWIM to Noah's Ark from the boat. Drinks were $20-$30 PER. Food came whenever the staff felt like it and most people didn't get what they ordered for over an hour. There is NOWHERE to SIT and NO COORDINATION at Noah's Ark. It's a literal free for all in the middle of the ocean. Not sure about weight capacity but we hit max standing capacity at Noah's Ark. Sure this looks nice in photos but I wouldn't recommend this attraction and strongly would suggest you book with another excursion company because this one won't care about you. Save your money and spend it with another company and save yourself the stress I endured for my birthday.

We were told to wait a the pier (club med) and we were on time but the boat did not show up. Do not use this tour company, They are unreliable.

Overall, we had a great time and I’d definitely recommend this excursion, but there are a few things to know before booking. The biggest downside was that the shuttle picked us up from Spondine Beach Hotel about an hour late, which threw off the start of our day. The catamaran also seemed to be overbooked, so there wasn’t enough seating for everyone. It felt a little overcrowded, which took away from the experience. Another thing to know is that the boat anchors a little farther from the dock and the main party area at Noah’s Ark. If you want to get off the boat, be prepared to get into the ocean and wade to shore. It wasn’t a huge issue for us, but it’s something to keep in mind if you have mobility concerns or don’t want to get wet. On the positive side, the rum punch was delicious and unlimited, and they also kept the water flowing, which was appreciated in the heat. I also liked that they allowed guests to bring their own liquor on board. The ride back was absolutely LIT! We got lucky because there was a guest DJ from Houston, Texas, and he had the entire boat dancing and having a great time. That definitely made the trip memorable, although I wouldn’t expect that level of entertainment on every sailing. Overall, I would do this again. The taxi ride that takes you to Turks cost $60 each way. So may as well get this Catamaran so you have a place to leave your towels and bags when you exit the boat to go to a Noah’s Ark.

The ride was nice and the rum punch was better. The crew was very patient with the guest and they made sure everyone was taken care of.

A lot of fun. Especially for young adults. If you’re seasoned and like to party this is the place for you! The crew was awesome and did a great job! Great experience.
