Night Snorkeling is a unique experience since unlike Night Diving, you don’t need to have a special certification or know how to swim and you won’t find this activity elsewhere in Mexico.
We will take you safely to appreciate species that have a lot of activity during the night, our main objective is to be able to find octopuses and squid to enjoy the spectacle they give with their impressive camouflage, to find them we must work as a team and along the way we will find other species more from which we will also learn a lot.
Octopuses and squid are very beautiful animals I have intelligent that you must come to appreciate alive in their natural habitation.

Definite must do!!
This excursion was awesome!!! Lalo our guide was very friendly and a great guide. We snorkeled on a Monday and the meeting point is kind of away from busy parts of town. When we asked how hard it would be to get a cab he offered us a ride because it was on the way. We had big stingray coming toward us, he knew what to do to make sure we were all safe. We got to see a lot of cool things you wouldn’t see during the day. This is also the only excursion I have ever been on that doesn’t charge a fortune for pictures. Whatever videos and pictures he took were already included in the price! This is a definite must do excursion!!!

Awesome! Although the darkness put me slightly out of comfort zone at first, this soon eased once we started seeing cool wildlife. Guide was amazing, super knowledgeable and nice guy! We saw octopuses, crabs, and even lucky enough to see some bioluminescence!

Highly recommend!
Lalo is fantastic! He is patient, professional, and exceptionally kind! We actually booked the wrong date, but he was very flexible to reschedule our tour to another date instead. The tour was 45 mins long. As for the content, we saw two octopuses (one of them very big), two king crabs, and a lot of sting rays and puffer fish - definitely worth the money! We didn’t even bring a camera but still managed to preserve this memory because Lalo took so many videos and photos. The tour also felt very safe thanks to Lalo’s guidance and there is no hidden charges at all. Highly recommend!

Rare and wonderful night snorkeling:-)
This was such a unique experience, giving such as different view and perspective of the ocean. You snorkel in fairly shallow water by walking out into the ocean from the beach. Your guide will teach you a few gestures for communicating with each other while face down in the water and provides all necessary gear (mask, snorkel, flippers, flashlight, wet suit if wanted for comfort). One guide will stay on the shore for safety and one guide will enter the water with you to help you find wildlife, take pictures, and generally for safety. You work as a team scanning with your flashlight back and forth to spot animals. We saw an amazing variety (squid, octopus, lobsters, crabs, fish, pufferfish, eel, stingray, ...). When we went there was just two of us and it felt super personal and safe and the water was a very comfortable temperature. Our guides were Lalo and Ruby and they were both fantastic. It was such as special tour and would recommend everyone give this a try.

Awesome Tour
My daughter and I had snorkeled at night once before, and were very apprehensive about dangers, opportunities; what we should and shouldn't do. We took the tour with Lalo and then went back a few more nights on our own.
With Lalo we saw octopi, lobsters, rays, and fish, and actually played with wild squid and puffer fish. He has a unique relationship with marine animals- they simply are not afraid of him.
He taught us everything we needed to go on our own without any concern. Well worth the money!

Exceptional!
Ive never been on a tour where they just give you the photos they took. Loved it!! Thank you! I’ve never been on a tour where they guaranteed a sighting. They promised an octopus and would let us take our tour again at no cost if we didn’t see one. That’s crazy cool!! Thank you. We saw eels, king crab fishing, puffer fish, stingrays and more. . And YES an octopus !! Don’t be scared of this water at night its safe here!

A MUST
If you snorkel, this is a must! Our guide, Lalo, was very helpful, fun and safety conscious. Everything seems to come alive at night. The colors are more brilliant and the fish and other animals are exciting to view. Price, location…great! This will be a go-to every time we visit!

An awesome and fascinating experience!
What an amazing experience!! I live in Hawaii and have snorkeled around the world and I have to say this was one of the more memorable snorkels I’ve done. Even though I was the only one on this dive, Lalo, my guide, was extremely accommodating, informative, and full of energy. The equipment was top notch including the wet suit which fit perfectly. Because I was an experienced snorkeler we got to see and do a lot of really neat stuff. About 5 minutes into the snorkel we started seeing a new sea creature seemingly one right after the other. Starting with a porcupine fish, which Lalo would pet, to a stingray that eerily glided in and out of the range of our underwater flashlights, we encountered cuttlefish that glowed different colors, squid that were hunting, a huge octopus out in the open that was not shy and seemed to enjoy displaying all its different colors, a huge crab, a spiny lobster, different types of rays, a variety of colorful fish, and more. Lalo even demonstrated how to generate bioluminescence by swishing my hands back and forth rapidly underwater. The fact it was night time added a ghostly feel making the dive even more exciting. Lalo was awesome and he provided me with an extremely enjoyable experience. I highly-highly recommend this night snorkel.

Night Snorkel
Night snorkeling with Lalo was an amazing experience! We are fairly experienced snorkelers but had never been at night and will definitely be doing it again because it was so much fun. We got lucky and saw multiple octopuses, squid, king crab, lobster and other critters that come out at night. Lalo explained everything in detail and made us feel completely safe and comfortable and was an excellent guide. Cannot recommend this activity enough!!
