There was a mistake with the drop off location. I rebooked correctly and asked for a refund. The vendor refused as they said it was within the 24 hours even though it had been rebooked correctly. Not good customer service, no help from Viator either

Everything worked out wonderfully. Driver greeted us with an ipad with our name. Vehicle was very clean. Ice-cooled water for us.

Nasim met us right outside of the baggage claim area, and escorted us to the Mercedes Transit van. The van was clean, comfortable and the transit to Cannes was pleasant and efficient.
