Description
For a truly memorable visit to Niagara, take a thrilling journey down the Niagara River on an open-air jet boat. There's no better - or wetter - way to enjoy the beautiful scenery and amazing white water of the Niagara River. You will experience what we like to call our white water playground where the Class V Devil's Hole Rapids will get you completely soaked. After that thrilling experience you will travel up the river to the farthest point in the trip where you will see the famous Niagara Whirlpool. The Whirlpool and Niagara Falls are separated by a stretch of Class VI rapids that are unnavigable (and illegal) to pass through. This tour departs from the American side, and you return to the same location.

- Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. The participation agreement thoroughly explains to anyone interested in the trip, all pertinent aspects of Jet Boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund
- Wheelchair accessible - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.

- Late or no-show participants will not receive a refund. Trips can be rescheduled until 24 hours before the departure at no added charge (subject to availability).
- Trips rescheduled within 24 hours of trip departure will be subject to an additional 10% rebooking fee.
- There is a minimum height requirement of 44″ tall for the WET Jet seats. Children will be measured on-site, and those who do not meet the requirements will not be permitted to ride.
- Guests under the age of 13 and/or under 100 lbs are not permitted to sit in the first 3-4 rows of any vessel. (All loading and guest seating is at the sole discretion of the Captain and Crew of the vessel).
- Guests age 13-15 years old must be seated with a guest who is 16 years or older to ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat, with an adult chaperone(18+) on board. Guests age 16-17 years old can ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat with an adult chaperone (18+) on board. Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to ride without an adult chaperone (age 18+).

What an excellent time we had! Will, our tour guide, was awesome!! He had us laughing so much. Thank you to our Captain, Jordan, who kept us safe. It seriously was a fantastic time!!

It was the first time my girlfriend and I have done this and it was an amazingly fun experience. Captain Jason and trip leader Emily were fantastic. Probably one of the coolest things we have experienced. The Hamilton turn was crazy! And the rapids and the skills of the captain was top notch. Definitely coming back and doing it again. The price was not bad at all. The ride was about 45 minutes but it was well worth the experience. The boat was big enough to fit 30 people or more? Honestly we were to excited to even think about how many people was on it lol. Great vibes, great energy.

DO IT!!! We had so much fun on it the first time, we did it a second time. If you’re not trying to get soaked, this may not be for you. Otherwise, bring a change of clothes. Enjoy yourself!!
Well worth it. Plan to get drenched. Kids loved it too.

Better than a roller coaster at a theme park! Captain Jason and Guide Tory made our experience on the rapids a hoot! I would recommend this ride on the Niagara River to anyone looking for an adrenaline-inspiring time!

We paid 43 dollars for photos just to sit in the last row with no pictures of us a waste of 43 bucks

Our experience with the jet boat tour was top notch. The office and store staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a perfect size crowd. The length of of our visit was perfect. The tour guy Noah and Captain Nick was outstanding! Noah informed us about the history of Niagara River. You will get extremely soaked. The boat ride was not rough at all. They glided the boat with ease. The anticipation of the waves was far beyond expectations. We were so surprised from the first wave to the last. I was a little disappointed in the pictures that we purchased because of where we were seated, you couldn't see us or our expressions. However, I'm glad that they took pictures. Overall, good value for the money. The experience was exceptional!
