The Perfect Private Niagara Falls Experience with Shelly
Shelly made our two-day private Niagara Falls experience exceptional!
Our group of nine booked a customized private tour with Gray Line covering both the U.S. and Canadian sides of Niagara Falls, and we were incredibly fortunate to have Shelly as both our guide and driver. As a local, her knowledge of the area was outstanding, but what really set her apart was how much she genuinely cared about making everyone in our group comfortable and making the experience special for us.
We had a 91-year-old member of our group as well as another person with mobility limitations, and Shelly went above and beyond to make sure everyone could participate comfortably without ever making the day feel rushed or difficult. She adjusted things as we went, got us where we needed to be, shared wonderful information about the area, and somehow managed to make two very full days feel completely relaxed.
By the end of our time together, she honestly felt less like a tour guide and more like a friend showing us around her hometown. If you’re able to request Shelly for a private tour, do it. She was absolutely wonderful.

A Bucket List Experience That Exceeded Every Expectation
My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Niagara Falls, and it exceeded every expectation. The scenery is stunning, the experience is well worth it, and getting close enough to feel the mist made it even more memorable. The entire attraction was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Great way to see the falls!
Handsome Dan was the best! Full of wholesome “Dad jokes” The Reese Witherspoon joke 😂 He took us to see all the key spots and had a story for each one. If you get to DiCamelo’s bakery, get the hot eggplant sandwich and a cannoli. Amazingly good! I loved the way he went out of his way to support an old family business. That’s how you keep America great! The only thing I would’ve done differently is wear shorts and some plastic shoes. We got absolutely SOAKED at the Cave of the Winds. I took my shoes off and hung them from my belt loops!

Great tour. Bus was full so 5 of us got a tour with Roy - amazing guy with loads of interesting facts and stories. Have us lots of opportunities to photograph the best spots.
