Our driver guide was extremely nice. He was very difficult to understand when he spoke with the Mike over the speaker. Many of us were unable to completely hear everything he said.
Trolley driver was very imformative and knowledge able about Newport. The time at the breakers was fine to get in the entire tour.
Tour was great. The time at the breakers seemed short. The driver wanted us back at 12;10. We were back to the starting point by 12:25. The tour was supposed to be until 1. I would have appreciated another 20 minutes at the breakers.
Excellent guide with interesting stories and he knew his Newport history! Our family group enjoyed the tour tremendously!
The driver shares a lot of information during the drive. The views are fantastic and we loved the tour of The Breakers. Be sure to bring your headphones/rarbuds.

Sit in the front, otherwise you can't hear the driver. It would be better to have a prerecorded voice for tour.
