Description
Sail on a classic sailboat in Newport, RI, and enjoy a sightseeing sailing experience around Narragansett Bay. Pass by many iconic sights during the sail, including Newport's historic lighthouses and landmarks, bridges, mansions and more! We'll even see Newport Bridge, New England's largest suspension bridge from the water. Relax on deck of Schooner Madeleine, a beautiful classic sailboat, as the crew raises sail. Drinks are available for purchase onboard and guests are welcome to bring a snack. This sightseeing sailing experience is great for locals and those visiting Newport in the spring, summer and fall.

Guests should plan to arrive at our ticket booth 20 minutes prior to your departure time to check-in. The boat will leave promptly at the scheduled departure time. Please plan accordingly and allow for ample time for parking. For questions about weather, cancelations or rescheduling please call 401.847.0000.

We had the best time aboard the Madeleine. Before we even got on board, Kasie was explaining sailing to our family. He was a great guide on board pointing out sights and telling great stories. Antigone made our kids special turtles and was so interesting to talk to. Thank you for making our time aboard special!

Such an awesome experience! First time ever being on a sailboat and it was amazing. The crew of the Madeleine were wonderful. They were helpful, knowledgeable and fun. They made the experience so much better! Absolutely must do and I definitely will be back again!
