Tour Conduct and Schedule: Our guide operated in full compliance with the company's established protocols and scheduled timeline. At Rockefeller Center, as you did not return at the agreed-upon time, the guide contacted you as a standard procedural reminder to ensure the schedule is maintained for the entire group. 4. Stops at LV Hotel & Trump Tower: Visits to these locations are not contained within the official tour itinerary. Their inclusion was an unscheduled discretionary gesture by the guide, offered as a courtesy to augment your experience within the available timeframe. 5. Times Square Evening Tour: Our itinerary includes a daytime visit to Times Square; the evening tour of Times Square is likewise not part of our scheduled program. While we acknowledge your personal dissatisfaction, our review confirms that the tour was delivered as specified in its terms. Regarding the extra $75 collected in New York, we have investigated this with our tour guide. The amount consisted of a mandatory fee of $58.50 and a $15 service fee. We recognize that you had already prepaid the $15 service fee online, which should not have been collected again. We have already submitted a refund request through Tripadvisor to return this duplicate $15 charge to you. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be fully processed. Concerning the itinerary changes you mentioned, our scheduled tour that day included the Financial District (“Wealth Tour”) and the Statue of Liberty Cruise. Upon arriving at the cruise departure point, you expressed a preference to visit Central Park instead of taking the cruise. While we always aim to accommodate guests where possible, we are required to follow the published itinerary. Therefore, after completing the Financial District tour, guests who did not wish to join the cruise were offered free time at the pier before returning to Boston. We deeply regret that the day did not meet your expectations and that the communication around fees caused distress.
