Never again
The person that picked us up, only spoke Chinese, and it was very difficult to communicate with her. I didn’t know it was gonna be a little run full of people that didn’t speak in English. honestly, I kind of want my money back.
Operator response
Thank you for taking the time to share your additional feedback with us. We truly regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely appreciate your honesty.
We would like to kindly offer some clarification regarding the points you raised. Our tour guide on the vehicle did provide full bilingual (Chinese and English) commentary throughout the journey, ensuring that all guests could follow along with the tour information. As for the vehicle, we do not promise a specific type of bus in advance — instead, we arrange the most suitable option based on the group size, which is why a 12-passenger van was provided for your group. This is also clearly noted in our service terms.
Regarding the schedule, we made sure to allow adequate time at each attraction, and a 30-minute lunch stop was included at a rest area for your convenience.
We truly value your feedback and will use it to improve our communication with future guests.

One day trip to NYC from Boston with Jeffrey
An amazing experience for a package that delivered what is promised - NYC experience in one day. Got to see most of the attractions in Manhattan in a guided tour. Jeffrey, who drove us all the way from Boston and back is very knowledgeable and kept us informed of all the attractions, on the way and inside the city. Professional and courteous guide. Overall an amazing experience!

Super tour, super Jeffrey and Coco!
Fantastic experience! Jeffrey was super, very kind, always ready to satisfy our requests! We sai a lot of things...no possibile without Jeffrey and Coco. Co was so nice too...very hospital and preparerà. The other guests were very nice, it was a very beatiful group and though there was one kid with us, everithing was just nice. The ride for New York was a little heavy for the Easter traffico but was beautiful to spend time with so nice group. I highly recomen this tour and Jeffrey and Coco as guide. Well dove! A well-used day
A very well-regarded city tour, with many stops to visit the top in Manhattan, including boat trip down the Hudson River to the Statue of Liberty. At the end you have the feeling that you have seen everything. I have to especially value our driver and guide Jeffrey, very friendly and willing to meet all our needs, even offering to take us to points that interested us even if they were not within the planned. Never impatient and always trying to communicate despite my bad English. A person's pleasure, worth repeating. Very comfortable and clean vehicle and smooth driving amazed me its ability to always park so close to points of interest at each stop.

Opinión del tour a Nueva York
Unfortunately, our experience was not satisfactory. We are from Colombia, and when booking the tour we expected to have a Spanish-speaking guide. However, the guide only spoke English and his native Asian language. We had to settle for understanding only what we could in English.
The ferry to the Statue of Liberty had an additional cost of USD 107 per person, which was not included initially. The experience did not meet our expectations, as you do not get off on the island nor spend much time close to the statue; the ride is very quick and the view is not as close as expected. When we expressed our disappointment to both the driver (Leo Liu) and the guide, we felt an indifferent and unempathetic attitude.
Throughout the tour, everything felt rushed. In Wall Street, for example, we were not allowed to quickly enter a store to buy gloves despite the extreme cold. In the area of the LV Hotel and Trump Tower, the guide hurried the group because he needed to use the restroom, which limited the time to take photos. At Rockefeller Center, we were given only 20 minutes of break, and for arriving just 3 minutes late we received repeated calls and messages.
The guide’s treatment felt rude and stressful, with constant calls and pressure about time, even when we were already heading to the meeting point. At Times Square, which was the final stop, we arrived around 3:00 p.m., when many screens were not even turned on, and we were given only 40 minutes, which is not enough to truly enjoy such an important place as a tourist. In our opinion, Times Square should be visited at night, and with much more time.
We believe a tour guide should be more kind, patient, and empathetic, as they represent the image of the country and create lasting memories for visitors. The driver was acceptable, but the overall tour experience did not meet our expectations. We would not recommend this tour to tourists.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your recent tour. We have undertaken a thorough review of your concerns. 1. Language of Service: The tour product you booked is explicitly and exclusively advertised as an English-language service. This specification is clearly stated in all promotional materials, booking platforms, and your order confirmation documents. We regret any personal expectation of Spanish guidance, but we must emphasize that the service provided adhered strictly to our published description. Guests are responsible for reviewing these details prior to purchase to ensure alignment with their requirements. 2. Statue of Liberty Cruise: This activity is unambiguously listed in the tour itinerary as an optional item. The associated cost and the nature of the experience are explicitly disclosed. Participation is voluntary, and the fee is applied only upon guest consent. 3. Tour Conduct and Schedule: Our guide operated in full compliance with the company's established protocols and scheduled timeline. At Rockefeller Center, as you did not return at the agreed-upon time, the guide contacted you as a standard procedural reminder to ensure the schedule is maintained for the entire group. 4. Stops at LV Hotel & Trump Tower: Visits to these locations are not contained within the official tour itinerary. Their inclusion was an unscheduled discretionary gesture by the guide, offered as a courtesy to augment your experience within the available timeframe. 5. Times Square Evening Tour: Our itinerary includes a daytime visit to Times Square; the evening tour of Times Square is likewise not part of our scheduled program. While we acknowledge your personal dissatisfaction, our review confirms that the tour was delivered as specified in its terms. The guide's actions were consistent with procedural standards and, in several instances, extended beyond baseline requirements to provide additional value. Thank you again for your understanding and support of our work!

I was mistaken. It was not in the information of the tour that the guide would be paid the part and in the end was charged another 75,00 dollars. Qu
At the end of the trip we were told we needed to give another $75.00 for the tour guide service. It was embarrassing, because that was not stated in the script, on the contrary, it said that the guide and transfer service from Boston to New York and New York to Boston was included in the purchased package. I feel wrong. I want compensation for this extra amount paid. We were forced to pay in New York. It was awful. My assessment of this trip was bad. Everyone wanted to get into Central Park and they didn't let us. The tour was to see the Trump building. That's not what we expected. We left the tour disappointed, exploited and disenchanted with what we were shown in a hurry.
Operator response
Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback regarding your recent tour experience. We sincerely apologize for the clear disappointment and frustration you felt throughout the day, especially regarding the additional charges and the itinerary.
Regarding the extra $75 collected in New York, we have investigated this with our tour guide. The amount consisted of a mandatory fee of $58.50 and a $15 service fee. We recognize that you had already prepaid the $15 service fee online, which should not have been collected again. We have already submitted a refund request through Tripadvisor to return this duplicate $15 charge to you. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be fully processed.
Concerning the itinerary changes you mentioned, our scheduled tour that day included the Financial District (“Wealth Tour”) and the Statue of Liberty Cruise. Upon arriving at the cruise departure point, you expressed a preference to visit Central Park instead of taking the cruise. While we always aim to accommodate guests where possible, we are required to follow the published itinerary. Therefore, after completing the Financial District tour, guests who did not wish to join the cruise were offered free time at the pier before returning to Boston.
We deeply regret that the day did not meet your expectations and that the communication around fees caused distress. We are reviewing our internal processes to ensure all charges are clearly communicated in advance and that guides are fully aware of prepaid amounts.
Thank you for bringing these important matters to our attention.

Good tour
This was a really fun and smooth day trip from Boston to New York. Our guide was super friendly and shared a lot of interesting stories about the city. The bus was comfortable for the long ride, which made the day a lot easier.
The New York City walking and driving tour covered so many famous spots, and I actually learned a lot about the history of Wall Street and Times Square. I also chose the Liberty Cruise, and seeing the Statue of Liberty up close was definitely a highlight.
Overall, the schedule was well organized and we never felt rushed. A great way to explore NYC in one day without stress. Would recommend!
