Catherine the tour guide turned up a half hour late We went to Wall street which was not part of our tour Catherine demanded money for three entrance fees which was not part of our original booking I refused to pay over 400 Dollars She then got greedy and asked for a 45 dollar tip we paid this so called service charge we then left the trip we will be contacting Trip Advisor as to why we were sent on the wrong day trip in New York

For the selection of optional attractions, we have always adhered to the principle of voluntariness and the guides have never forced anyone to buy tickets or visit attractions. Only after the guests have signed the Supplementary Agreement do we arrange the optional items. This practice not only demonstrates our respect for our guests' rights, but also ensures that each guest is able to make the most appropriate choice based on their own interests and budget. Your itinerary does not include Service fee, which is recommended to be paid according to local customs. Service fee (Minimum US$15/person/day, any child/Infant reserving a seat has to pay the service fees as well). As for the late arrival of the guide you mentioned, it was caused by guests late at the first pick-up point. Despite our full preparations and reminders, there were still visitors late for various reasons. Finally, thank you for your understanding and support of our work. I had this sightseeing city tour on saturday. It is a very decent tour that covered most of the famous landmarks. my favourite part is the Fortune Tour. The tour guide is knowlogeable and tells a lot about the history of new york. Definitely will recommend to everyone who wants to know about new york. By the way, The tour guide kenny is very handsome!

We visited Ellis Island, the Statute of Liberty, and Manhatten-the 9/11 Ground Zero Museum. We had a great time walking the area and seeing the sights. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Jersey City. All events included wonderful services and personnel.

We didn’t know that it is one day trip. We booked New York City 6 hours trip, so that , we didn’t prepare cash for three extra fee , we need to wait for other team members attending their three extra program . Also TripAdvisor switched us to the Chinese travel agency , should update to me .
Sky - he was an amazing tour guide. He is very professional and catered for my needs and everyone else. Even though it was a one day tour with him, he treated us like his families. Sky is a kind and caring person. Love to have him as a guide in the near future.
We were not put on the tour we ordered. We was charged another 122.00 each more on price. We were told we would be picked up and dropped off at our hotel instead we had to hurry and get a cab to another location..I will say our tour guides was absolutely awsome and helped us with everything. But whoever booked us did not know what they was doing
