This one man show guides the audience through the entire story and portrays not only the father himself but also other characters. The performance is convincing and full of energy. Father on Maternity Leave is an original and entertaining take on pregnancy and fatherhood, it not only entertains the audience but also reminds them that parenthood is sometimes full of unexpected situations and emotions.
We came for a dose of Czech humor, and this show absolutely delivered. It was lively, funny, and engaging from start to finish, with a fantastic performance that kept the energy up the whole time. The English subtitles were projected on the wall and were easy to follow, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A great evening that left us wanting even more Czech comedy.
