• If your entrance time for Neuschwanstein Castle is in the morning, you will start with a visit there. After lunch, you will continue to Linderhof Palace and Oberammergau for sightseeing in the afternoon.
• ⚠️ Important Notice Neuschwanstein Castle operates an official time-slot reservation system, and ticket availability is limited. Tickets are particularly scarce during peak seasons (July–September) and popular periods such as Christmas. Ticket availability is subject to the attraction’s real-time inventory, and we cannot guarantee that your reservation will be successful after placing an order. If Neuschwanstein Castle tickets are sold out at the time of booking, the ticket fee will be refunded via the original payment method, and the rest of the itinerary will proceed as scheduled.
• Group notice E-mail will be sent 3 days before departure, including tour guide information, schedule, meeting locations etc.
• Our company has the right to combine the customers of English and Chinese speaking tour in the same bus if any group has fewer travelers. There will be 1 tour leader on tour who will be able to speak both English and Chinese. They will service the customers in the preferred language (Chinese/English).

• For elder who are over 70 years old, they must be accompanied by a family participants and fill in"Senior Participant's Statement" before boarding. • Due to weather conditions in winter, there is no shuttle bus available at Neuschwanstein Castle. Taking a horse-drawn carriage usually requires waiting in line, which may cause delays and result in missing the scheduled entry time. Therefore, in most cases, you will need to walk up the hill, which takes about 40 minutes. Please note that tickets are non-refundable if you miss the reserved entry time due to personal delays.
