I had a great day. Jackie the guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Both sites were amazing and I loved that at both sites I was able to immerse myself in nature. The Bavarian countryside is something special
Initially we did not want to go inside the castles, good thing we changed our minds. Thanks to Muhammad for encouraging us to see the insides of the castles. Muhammad tips are very informative and his way of handling the tour was very smooth. Totally enjoyed this trip. Thank you.
The trip to Neuschwanstein is a must for anyone visiting Munich and this was an easy way for our extended family group of 6 to get there with a minimum of hassle. Our guide Muhammad was lovely and kept everyone well informed about timing so the trip went smoothly. Once inside the castle you get another guide who walks you through the palace. Well worth it!
Nice experience, friendly tour guide Muhammad.
The tour is well organized, with adequate timing to visit everything. Our guide, Mr. Jay, was fundamental to the success of the excursion. He welcomed the whole group from the start and gave us both logistical information on times and places, and very interesting historical news and information. Jay was very attentive to all the participants, offering help and further explanations. Really good and also nice! The overall rating of the trip is excellent.
Me and my family had the best day ever! We are impressed by the tour and our guide Jay and our driver Filip. They were both so kind and gave us so much important and interesting information about Germany, Bavaria, the history and Ludovic II. They took good care of us and this trip will remaine unforgettable. We strongly recommend both of them - Jey and Filip.

I had a really nice day on this tour. Everything was well organised and the timing was good. Our guide Jay was very kind and helpful, and he made sure everyone was comfortable. Neuschwanstein Castle was amazing and really worth the visit, even though it was quite hot and crowded. The views were beautiful and very impressive. It was an enjoyable trip, and I would definitely recommend it.
Jay is simply the best guide of grey line tours. His voice calm and deep explained everything about this beauty journey. He was always present in all steps of the day. Great job Jay
Ceyhun was a very professional guide who spoke in basic and slow English, very understandable even for people with little practice. He was a point of support and information throughout the excursion
