A must-do boat trip with the family. Everything you need on the boat, including an underwater viewing deck and a 6m high platform to jump in the sea! The captain and the crew were awesome.
We really enjoyed the boat trip. The staff were very friendly. However the only issue we had is that I booked online and was given an option of a 2pm booking. We walked for half an hour to get to the harbour only to be told they no longer do a 2pm trip and had missed that days cruise, but could come back at 10am the next day. We weren't able to do the next day but they were able to accommodate us on the following day. This wasn't an error on the submarine crew themselves but through viator who haven't updated their system so don't book a 2pm trip as they don't do them anymore! I was also very impressed by how clean the boat was :)
Today we joined your cruise with my family. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience, the boat itself, and the unique concept of the cruise. We would especially like to thank the diver who interacted with the guests during the trip. It was a nice touch to see him swimming alongside the boat and greeting us through the underwater windows. We also appreciated the crew members who kept an eye on the guests while swimming and helped ensure everyone's safety. Unfortunately, there were a couple of things that affected our experience. The music was constantly being changed before songs could finish. Almost every song was interrupted halfway through, which ruined the atmosphere and made it difficult to fully enjoy the cruise. Music plays an important role in creating the right mood, and this was disappointing. We were also disappointed with the bartender's attitude. He was often absent from the bar and spent time swimming during working hours, which is something we have never experienced on any other cruise. In addition, he was frequently on his phone and seemed inattentive to the guests and what was happening around him. This negatively affected our overall experience and prevented us from enjoying the cruise as much as we had hoped. Despite these issues, we would like to thank the diver and the crew members who looked after the guests and contributed positively to the trip.
A really nice trip, very punctual departure, there was enough space, unfortunately you don't really see many fish underwater, the staff are very friendly and you can also take photos with the captain
It was a great experience and definitely good value for money. We really enjoyed the 2.5 hours!
The Caption was a mainac, everyone was sick cause of it. We swam for 15 minutes and only in 1 spot. They forgot to take us to one of the spots. Everyone was cramped because tgey exeptedto many people.
A decent day but questionable if ideal for families. 10 o clock sale time, we got there at 9:30 as advised and as the under canopy seats were already taken we all had to sit in the direct sun until we actually left about 10:10 - 10:15. Extra shade required if there is a request for guests to be so early. Staff were informative and attentive, and the cruise itself was fun with some great sites. Issue being is there seemed to be guests on board with the sole aim of getting hammered, appearing not to be with young kids or kids at all. Why you’d go on a ‘nemo’ boat without a young family I don’t know. Surely go on an adults only booze cruise. Said people however spent the whole time stumbling around the deck, ordering drinks every 5 minutes and flicking fag ash over anyone within 1 sq meter. I get every has the right to enjoy themselves however what is clearly aimed at a family audience should be retained as such. Overall though, other than some of the guests, it was a good trip. The submarine part was far clearer to observe out of the port holes than others we’ve been on. Staff can’t be faulted.
This boat trip was really good, great for kids, getting to see everything under the water was cool, and the swimming spot was great, and the diving platform was great too
