Fantastic service! I changed my pickup time several times and they were very accommodating. Drivers were very prompt and handled traffic well. As an aside, give yourself about 2 hours to get to the airport. Between local weekday traffic, weekend tourist traffic and road construction you may run late.

Never received a confirmation for our return trip and were forced to take the Sunwing shuttle. Viator, the booking company, would not reimburse us. Claimed driver showed up early and we had left. Both are lies as we did not depart until after the driver supposedly showed up. 🔝

The drive was good and our driver Lance was great. He made what was going seem like a long feel very short. He pointed out many points of interest and talked to us about Jamaica and the hospitality of Jamaicans.

We booked Island Transfers both from the airport to Travellers Beach Resort in Negril and back to the airport when it was time to leave. Both trips were excellent. The driver was on time and very professional. Both vehicles were in great shape and had excellent air conditioning. 🙌 Highly recommended this company. Great driver, very knowledgeable and very nice to me and my son. He got us safely to our Resort in Negril all the way from Montego Bay Airport. I wish the resort was closer but that’s no fault of driver. We know to pick something closer to airport next time.
