Neapolitan Pizzaiolo for a day is an educational workshop designed to let tourists of all ages visit and visit the art of Neapolitan pizza, recognized by UNESCO as an intangible heritage of humanity.
The workshop is carried out at the school of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana and involves the preparation of the pizza with the help of an instructor from the Association who will lead the participants on this interactive journey.
We will abandon our civilian clothes to become pizza chefs with a personalized apron designed for the occasion, we will talk about the "right" raw materials, we will prepare the dough with our hands in the flour to understand the right consistency, we will spread the dough on the counter of the pizzaiolo and, after having covered it with tomato, buffalo mozzarella Campana, basil and olive oil, the participants will be ready to put it in the wood-burning oven, according to tradition.

Best authentic neopolitan pizza making experience.
I’ve been wanting to come learn how to make pizza the true neopolitan way and this was it. These guys train restaurant owners in the authentic ways and this 3 hour course was great for someone who’s more of an amateur. Even with a decent amount of pizza making experience I still learned tips and tricks to make it even better. We had a 12 year old with us as well and the teacher was patient and kind to him. The price is a bit more than some others but worth it to me to be taught by a master.

Unique, Joyful, Spectacular!!!
A truly unique experience. Fantastic Welcoming and the course was nothing short of SPECTACULAR.
The association is really very kind, helpful in all respects.
To make our experience magical, it was Master Nicola Chiacchiera, who thanks to his preparation, led us on a unique journey. Master Nicola is of enormous humility, he put us all at ease and explained step by step the whole process of the Neapolitan true pizza, making each of us achieve an excellent result.
To top it all off, even his sympathy, which meant that the three hours of the course passed quickly.... in short, in addition to learning, we had a great time.
A path that I really recommend from the heart.

One of the best experiences
It was a gift from my boyfriend... and I can say it was one of the most beautiful experiences ever. I love cooking and I love pizza .. in short, a perfect combination! Thanks to the instructors who were really friendly, helpful and super competent.

The world in a pizza
This online work shop with Peter and Marco, on Neapolitan pizza was a really engaging experience, both from the point of view of the technical skills acquired and from the relational point of view. The two teachers revealed to me the big and small secrets of the real Neapolitan pizza as they do in their courses at a professional level. The meeting was pleasantly enriched by historical insights, anecdotes and more in a fascinating journey (virtual and concrete) into one of the symbols of Neapolitan culture.

Rather Disappointed! I would choose a different Pizza Making Class
The AVPN 4 hour Pizza Making Class in Naples was a comprehensive class. Instructor was knowledgeable but not the most friendly and warm which is what makes the experience enjoyable.
I was rather disappointed with the end result. The pizza crust was heavy. We ate pizza in several other cities in Italy and they all had a very thin crust on the bottom and the cornicone had a light crunch on the outside but was light and it had a bit of a "chew". Sadly the $100US AVPN class in Naples did not teach us how to make that kind of pizza.

Paid for 4 hours cours but only got 2 hours
The course itself was fine BUT I did not get what I paid for. I paid for a 4 hours course and only got a 2 hours course. I have requested a refund and have not heard anything.
So, be aware that you might get cheated! I not even got a reply from my complaint
