Excellent day. A very thorough tour of Naxos. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The bus driver was great. Those hairpin turns are no joke. Would recommend to anyone that wants to get to know the island.

Description
Our first stop is Demeter ‘s temple Apart from the impressive monument ,you ll have the chance to visit the archeological museum. We continue our tour and have our next stop at Damalas, a cute little village in the heart of Tragea valley ,where we will enjoy a demonstration at the only remaining traditional pottery workshop and the traditional restored olive press. Then we drive to Chalki, where you can walk in picturesque alleys .Then we head to the oldest Byzantine church of Panagia Drossiani Our next stop is the most famous village of Naxos, Apiranthos, the “marble village”. We drive towards the North part of Naxos island and we end up on the Northest edge of Naxos, at Apollonas village ,a small typical Cycladic village ,ideal for swimming or just relaxing at the various cafes by the sea. On our way back we stop at the impressive Kouros statue and then we head back to Chora, following the North-Northwest coast of the island, enjoying view of Agia tower and North Cyclades islands.

Temple of Demeter
This magnificent temple has been made exclusively of the finest quality Naxos marble and dates back to the 6th century BC.
The small village of Damalas, spread in amphitheatric fashion at the foot of Lagos hill in the valley of Tragea, is visible from many other locations on the island and offers fantastic views.
Halki
The village of Halki in Naxos (or Chalki) is located in the central area of the region of Tragea, the largest olive cultivation area of the Cyclades, 16 km from Naxos Town. Halki has a long history and was once the capital of Naxos, as well as its main administrative and trade center.
Apollonas
Apollonas in Naxos is a lovely fishing village. It is named after Apollo, the Olympian god of light and music, and is inhabited since ancient times.
Apollonas Kouros
The remarkable statue of a Kouros is located outside the village of Melanes, in the countryside of Naxos.

Great day out!
Great guide and driver! Very safe on tricky roads and great mini exploration of the sites and fantastic value!

Visit to Naxos.
That the tour was exclusively in English, while it was stated to be multilingual. Otherwise, the tour is interesting. However, the first stop that charged us 5 euros was not worth the cost.

Rocking and rolling with the relics
Eric (our knowledgeable tour guide) and Demetrius (our rock star driver) provided us with a fun, uphill and downhill tour of their beautiful island, historical sites, picturesque towns, including visits to a pottery shop, olive oil tastings, and a sandy beach. It was a fantastic day, one of the best on our trip to GREECE. This tour almost did not happen has my husband was sick on our scheduled tour day and Eric so graciously was able to shift our booking to a couple of days later. Without this consideration, we would have left Naxos without seeing the natural beauty of the island and meeting so many lovely people. Thank you Eric and Demitrious for your joy and hospitality. We have so many lovely memories.

No pick up at hotel.
Ticket said "pickup at hotel" but we had to go to tour cos. offices and walk down to coach. Nice tour round and information from guide.

The tour guide was very...
The tour guide was very informative. It is unfortunate that the weather did not cooperate as we missed the scenic view on the way back due to rain. A special thanks to the bus driver and his navigational skills on the narrow roads.

Wonderful experience!

Making the Most of a Short Trip
I couldn't recommend this tour highly enough! Our guide Vicky and our driver Janus were superb (Vicky for her knowledge and interesting facts and Janus for skillfully navigating the narrow roads of Naxos.) Not only did I learn a lot about the island, but the stops brought us to some breathtaking villages and sights: I'd highly recommend the tour for people on a shorter holiday as you can pack in a lot of sights in a way that'd be much harder to arrange on your own if you didn't have the time.
