Museum was interactive, beautifully designed and docents were engaging and helpful! The variety of exhibits and halls was a true bonus. So much to see from gems to Latin American art to dinosaurs and mammals!

I was very surprised also excited to see this museum I have never been there before not even when I was in middle school got the opportunity to visit it there was a lot to learn there very interesting stuff I hope to see it again someday soon
Had a long walk to visit. I realize it is not for elderly people. Bought t-shirts in shop and a bit expensive? Many parents with infants and toddlers ? Can they really enjoy written info and reason for taking to museum???
Visited today around 3:48 PM with my mother. A staff member at the front counter informed us that admission would be half price if we waited until 4:00 PM, so we waited. When I went to pay — literally two minutes before 4 — she still charged full price and ran through a list of discount qualifications without ever honoring the half-price offer we had just been told about. I asked to speak to a manager, who arrived at 4:01 PM. Instead of making it right, she was dismissive, offered no apology, and said she would simply “talk to her employees.” No resolution, no accountability. For a public museum, the customer service was shockingly poor — from the front counter staff all the way up to management. I won’t be returning or spending another dollar here.
This was my second time checking out the Natural History Museum. And honestly, standing right under those massive T-rex and Triceratops skeletons is unbelievable. It's basically a giant, interactive science classroom. If you have younger siblings or kids in the family, this place is an absolute goldmine for cool nature facts. Total eye-opener every single time!
It was nice morning experience. Super informative and a lot of cool stuff to see and to be amazed by
The museum is much smaller than I thought. I also don’t know why there’s a character minimum for this.
We took uber to venue dropped off at entrance picked up same navigation through neighborhoods and parking not worth it
Fun, educational and I love that it’s a big place to explore , has enough activities to get the kids tired
Fun museum! Would recommend to anyone visiting the LA area with either a partner or friends or family
