The beginning was hectic. We stayed at the tourist police station near the fountain. There were several other vendors conducting tours and it was confusing. Once our tour guide showed the fun began. Thao was wonderful and had a lot of knowledge about the history of the Bahamas. He made our tour personable and he had a very professional attitude. If you're visiting the Bahamas this is a must do. My only suggestion is be patient at the beginning.
I recommend! Our guide was really nice and informative as well. We learned a lot about the culture. Must do!
Bus was comfortable, air conditioned. Driver was informative and courteous. Good way to see a little of Nassau when coming in on cruise. Some spots felt like a money grab for local businesses but tourists is how they make their money.
This tour was amazing! It it all the highlights any first time visitor would love. The stops were great. Each shop was ready for us and got us through swiftly. They were very nice. The samples were great, from the rum cake to the chocolate milk, to the distillery and beyond, every stop opened up the true culture of the island.i I would have even loved to stay a bit longer at some stops :) Thao was fantastic with delivering his knowledge and experience and keeping us engaged throughout. He ensured that everyone had what they desired and that no one was left behind. This was an awesome tour that did not consume your entire day. My family and I will always have this as a core memory.
This tour is a very informative low key way to see the highlights of the city. The tour company is a small family owned business. Very nice relaxed atmosphere..
Perfect first visit tour of Nassau, hits all my top desired locations and landmarks, all for the most affordable price. Thao was an amazing guide full of information, patience, and kindness. Got back to ship with hours to spare so had extra time to check out the Straw Market and local cuisine. Highly recommend for first time visitors.
The Nassau City Sightseeing Tour was very good, especially for the price. Our tour guide, Thea , did an amazing job from start to finish. He actually came and found us at the meeting location and walked us over to the bus so we didn’t have to stand around in the sun. The bus was air-conditioned and comfortable, and Thea was extremely friendly and easygoing. He took us around to all the different sights, gave us plenty of time at each stop, and was always there waiting for us when we were ready to move on. He answered every question we had—even random questions that didn’t necessarily have anything to do with the tour. He also constantly did headcounts to make sure everyone was accounted for and safe, which I definitely appreciated since I was there with my family. Overall, the whole family really enjoyed the experience. For the price, I thought it was well worth it. If you're visiting Nassau and want an easy way to see the city and some of the main sights, I would definitely recommend this tour. If we came back to Nassau, we’d have no problem doing it again.
Thao was our driver. He was very patient with some late guests. He made the whole experience very enjoyable.
Manny was an excellent tour guide. He provided everyone with great facts and highlights about the Bahamas. He was a safe driver and explained everything to us in detail. I wish the distillery gave more samples but other than that everything was great. Bring cash just in case.
We took the 11am tour on Sunday, July 26th. The tour guide was patient, professional and welcoming to share his history with us. He was knowledgeable and humble to the Queen of Victoria, who freed all of the Bahamians from slavery. On one of our stops to the Queen Staircase, he purchased his native fruit and shared it with his customers. I accepted it and was extremely pleased with the fruit., thank you. I am grateful and pleased with the tour. This is my 2nd time taking this same tour. I enjoyed the tour guide. Thank you
