Not as described
This is not a tour it is a taxi service only. Driver had very limited knowledge of the area and at one point fell asleep. The only reason I gave two stars is it was a very nice car

We’re sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. This is not a taxi service; our drivers act as local hosts, sharing insights about the city and the landmarks visited, as mentioned in the tour description. While they cannot guide guests inside attractions or museums, they are there to provide local knowledge throughout the route. We’re truly sorry if this was not your experience this time. As we operate in more than 120 cities worldwide, we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
