The hike to Napuru Waterfall was a wonderful experience, combining a beautiful walk with opportunities to watch birds and spot animals along the way. I enjoyed the natural surroundings and the sound of the water as we approached the waterfall. It was a lovely escape into nature near Arusha and a great activity for anyone who enjoys walking, wildlife, and discovering places beyond the usual tourist attractions.
Before our safari we started our day by hiking Napuru waterfall and our guide Andrea was very excellent and knowledgeable about the village we pass near for local knowledge especially the culture and tribe history. We visited the local bar that had an extra tour and Andrea was happy to show us all things. The hiking itself was wonderful and we enjoyed the trails to the waterfall. If you have time in Arusha take this as a moderate hiking experience.
We had a great half day trip to the Napuru Waterfall at Mount Meru. They picked us up from our hotel in Arusha, and our guide Frank accompanied us on the hike to and from the falls. Frank was great, very knowledgeable about the area and wildlife. He helped us take photos and never made us feel rushed. Would recommend!
We are so proud to go with Anorld as our guide and he's very happy to show us the waterfall and the experience is very nice. We learned so much about plant surroundings, birds and a good hiking experience. I definitely recommend this to all hikes and is not a challenging experience at all but very moderate.
