Disappointed in the last minute time change
It was too bad that at the last hours they changed the start time from 14:30 to 13:00 and thus we were not able to make the new time due to a prior commitment. If we knew this earlier we could have modified the earlier commitment to even make the new earlier time

I only found tickets in Italian, the girl approached me and asked me if I spoke Italian, I told her, from then on she was very concerned about me so that I would understand, the best guide, 10 out of 10, she explained very well, very kind, she knows everything.
