Something is Broken
My Viator booking didn't match what the vendor had booked in their system. Viator said to add one adult for each piece of luggage. I booked for four pieces. The vendor only showed that I had two pieces booked. I had to pay cash for the other two pieces even though I had already paid them via Viator.

Safe Storage and Easy Access
Fast & Reliable. Note: People were not fully aware on the way we booked the session but I printed the receipt, took picture and everything was clear.

The person owning the place does not arrive in time. Leaves the luggage outside in the shop. I don’t feel safe with this place.

More convenient options
Storing our luggage was certainly a convenience so we could freely move about Naples but it was deceiving where it was located. It was a 5 minute walk away from train station through a highly busy, traffic area. We found out the train station has a luggage storage area which would been more convenient near Track 24. The luggage storing provider was satisfactory.
