The trolly ride was enjoyable and it was fun to get to know our fellow passengers as we rode to each winery. The lunch at Backstage was delightful and the hosts at each site were knowledgable and friendly. The downside was we had expected a narrated tour of Napa Valley as described in the tour information. Although our drivier was friendly, he simply played the radio as we drove between each destination and did not share any information at all about the area. We paid $145/person for this tour, expecting what was detailed in the trip description: "A local guide will join you on board to pass along stories about the region’s wine culture and history. Your friendly, knowledgeable guide will keep you entertained with commentary and stories about Napa’s history and wine culture." Our driver was polite and friendly, but not a tour guide. We definitely did not get what we paid for, which was disappointing.

The experience overall was very good. The Bus was a luxury coach and very comfortable. The driver Michael was very good also. The Lunch was pleasant in cool surroundings at “Backstage”. The first 3 wineries were very good. However, the last one was a bit of an after thought and underwhelming and probably not needed.

Great time! Thanks to Richard our driver & guide. At the time of our tour we were not really able to see any of wine making process which we had hoped we would.

This was such a fun day! Our driver Craig was friendly & funny & made the day so enjoyable. We visited 4 wineries and enjoyed talking to the other passengers, every winery we visited was informative and the lunch at Backstage - wow! There was one mandatory winery payment wise as it involved a tour, however the remaining 3 if you did not drink you did not need to pay.

The overall experience was great. You didn’t need to worry about driving to the next stop and could enjoy the scenery. Paul was our guide and had so many great facts about Napa Valley that we never knew. I will do this again.

The trolley ride and wine tastings were amazing! Paul was a wonderful guide and driver and put up with us very well. Overall we had a great, fun time. I do think four wineries is too many and we felt a bit rushed towards the end. 2-3 stops would’ve been perfect. By stop four I was done drinking and ready to go home. But a very memorable, fun day. I learned a lot about Napa and different wines. A great first day of our trip.
