It’s a very interesting and informative tour of Nairobi. We saw the indoor market, a panoramic view of the city, and learned a lot about the history of Nairobi and Kenya.
We had a great time with John, our guide. He was very knowledgeable about Nairobi and Kenya. We loved our tour and the information provided. We learned a lot and saw an interesting side of Nairobi on our tour. I highly recommend this tour.
John was knowledgeable about the city and offered insights to the workings of the city and family life. As a first time visitor to Kenya was most informative.
We had a great guide who made of our visit a very interesting experience. John gave us a lot of useful information about Nairobi and Nigeria’s culture. We felt very safe too during our walking tour.
I was disappointed by the fullness in what we did versus the itinerary. Luckily, I did do a Citi walk with your competitor, GetYourGuide, which was more complete with a slightly different itinerary. Perhaps the lack of adherence to the published itinerary, was due to an Italian fellow in the Tour, who wanted to have coffee and a pastry at the Rest stop, which took a long time to accomplish. Nonetheless, I believe it’s the responsibility of the. Guide to manage these type of things so that the Tour stays on schedule.
John and George did an excellent job of explaining the history of Nairobi. Appreciated their knowledge and willingness to answer any questions. Loved learning about the culture of the Kenyans. Leisurely walking pace with many stops. It was a very enjoyable tour.
Walked around central Nairobi for two hours with John a friendly and knowledgeable guide. He showed us around the central business district we took in the market, parliament, some government buildings and a park. John also gave us some history about the country and culture.
Everything was ok , I love the tour , Samone is excellent tour guide , show me everything around . Recommended
Great way to explore the city. Our guide (sorry don't remember name) was super cool and very interactive. Highly recommended 💯
This is a 2.5-hour walking tour of the central business district (CBD) in Nairobi. This is not a typical tourist destination. Still, our guide, John, provided interesting narrative on the city history, culture, government, education, religion, and more. We passed by government buildings, the Catholic church, a large mosque, a library, city park, marketplace, and ended at the Kenyatta International Convention Center. The tour included pickup, but getting back to your hotel is up to you. It was an easy 300KES Uber ride back. We enjoyed the tour, and John did an excellent job providing the commentary.
