We had excellent 8 days trip in Kenya with Sino Africa Travel agent, visited Amboseli National park, Nakuru national Reserve and Maasai Mara National Park. The tour guide Joseph was amazing at finding the unique animals. We were so lucky to see all the big fives and wildebeest crossing Mara River. Thank you Mr Li for all the arrangements. Thanks to the arrangement, the experienced driver and tour guide David took us to find wonderful moments on the vast grasslands. The entire accommodation arrangement is reasonable, the Maasai Mara camp has a strong atmosphere, and the zebra and wildebeest leisurely stroll outside the Simba Hotel by Lake Naivasha. The Amboseli camp is in a prime location, and the Nairobi hotel is comfortable, which can greatly relieve the fatigue from long travel. The packed simple meals, local specialty dishes, and Chinese lunches are well-arranged, balancing the convenience of outdoor travel with taste requirements. Overall accommodation and meals are well-provided, fully meeting the needs for rest and replenishment during the safari journey. This Safari journey was exceptionally wonderful; the five big cats were fortunate enough to encounter most of the wild animals except rhinos. Witnessing the thrilling wildebeest river crossing, right when lions were stalking prey, I saw lions drinking and resting by the river, and also saw the wild scene of hyenas scrambling to snatch the carcass after the zebra had left. We encountered a family of four lions, a male lion and a lioness with two cubs living by the stream, and also saw a pair of companion lions (a male lion courting, a cold lioness). The massive elephant herd (the largest group with over thirty family members) slowly walked across the grassland, giraffes moved with elegant posture, hippopotamus families lurked by the water's edge, zebras and wildebeest galloped across the vast plains, the ugly faces of the buffalo were truly stunning, and a family of warthogs ran around with their tails up, all kinds of life were captured in sight. The sunset glow of the evening is brilliant, gazing at the snow-capped Kilimanjaro in the distance, and after nightfall, the Milky Way is vast and brilliant; the scenery of the wilderness is breathtaking, making it an unforgettable African safari.

We were given warm, professional and meticulous service throughout the journey from consultation to booking to Kenya. Emergency response to emergencies, in particular, is very much in place. Perfectly realized his childhood dream, looking forward to working together again in the follow-up and starting the next journey.

This trip to Tanzania for our family of three was a great success, with each day's trip from Tarangire and Ngorongoro to the Serengeti organised professionally. The hotel and camp are unique, the accommodation is comfortable, the dining is good, the whole journey is connected smoothly, very reassuring. Thanks in particular to our guide and driver, who is experienced, conscientious and familiar with animal habits and the best viewing locations. To help us find the animals and take satisfying photos, he has been patiently observing and adjusting his route flexibly. Eventually we not only gathered the Big Five in Africa, but also saw leopards, cheetahs and spectacular wildebeest crossing the river, reaping far more than expected. I was extremely satisfied with the safari trip. Even though it was only one day, our guide Solomon made sure we saw all of the Big Five – we were very lucky. The entire trip was worry-free, everything was well arranged, and we felt very safe.

The service was good, the pick-up was very good, just got in touch at the airport and helped with luggage. The car was also new and highly recommended.

He truly made the journey unforgettable. The entire seven-day trip went smoothly from start to finish. We did a 10-day family trip with two teenager boys during the Chinese New Year. I was thinking of just seeing some African animals before the trip. It turned out that the trip totallyt exceeded our expectation. It was well planned with trip planner, very reasonable route and scheule. The highlight is our driver+guide, who was so knowledgeable, considerate and caring. He got a full tank of bottle water for us; he covered our luggage throughout the trip from the safari dust ; he shared with us so much about animals and Masai culture, his personal growth story - how he grew up on Masai Mara from a Masai boy to a well educated Masai man. He has super sharp eyesight and can spot animals from faraway. our boys are all fascinated about Masai culture and safari animals even after we got home. Was such a brilliant trip. Totally worth of the time and money spent. A never to be forgotten trip for our family.

We booked a 6 day 5 night safari with Sino Africa for our family of 5 (2+3 kids) and it was a once in a lifetime experience for everyone. The planning and booking were thoroughly professional with Vincent guiding us through everything and he was extremely patient while giving us multiple options and quotations. He was very honest and very practical in his advice and extremely professional. While not the cheapest, the tour package seemed quite reasonable compared to other companies that I had contacted initially. From the moment we landed in Nairobi till the end of the trip, Eddie was our driver, guide and friend and we were really lucky to get him. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly and had a great working knowledge of all the animals and as a bonus he was also great with the kids. Though the vehicle was battered and not in the best of conditions, that was made up for by Eddie. We did Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Nakuru and Amboselli National Parks and each were awesome in its own merits. We saw 4 out of the big 5 and missed out seeing the leopard and it was raining too in the last 2 days which decreased the chances of spotting it. But overall we were very happy that we booked through Sino Africa as I can certainly say that they are very professional and Eddie was awesome and extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped us have a truly memorable vacation.

A fantastic experience! The vehicle was new, and the hotel accommodations and meals were satisfying. The most memorable place on the trip was Amboseli, where we saw a variety of animals and enjoyed a clear view of Mount Kilimanjaro.Our tour guide was responsible and reliable; he met almost all our needs.
