Our Nagasaki walking tour with Samnia was truly one of the highlights of our time in Japan! She was absolutely amazing and took care of us every step of the way. There was quite a bit of walking, but Samnia was so attentive to how we were doing and offered the option of taking the trolley when it made sense. We used it several times, and it made the day much more comfortable. She was incredibly knowledgeable about Nagasaki’s history, culture, and landmarks, but what really stood out was how much she listened to us. She took the time to understand what we wanted to see and made sure the tour was tailored to our interests. Samnia also knew so many of the local rules and customs that aren't necessarily obvious to visitors. She gave us helpful tips about what to do and what to be aware of, which made navigating Nagasaki much easier and helped us feel more comfortable and respectful as visitors. Most of all, she was kind, thoughtful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a wonderful experience. We never felt rushed, and we always felt like we were in very good hands. We would highly recommend Samnia to anyone visiting Nagasaki. She made our day special and gave us memories of Nagasaki that we will always treasure!

Top Nagasaki walking tour!!
Terrific! A great tour. Flexible, so was able to see the areas that suited my interests. Went through the Peace Park and the Hypocentre Park, then a tram ride to Chinatown for a walk around and learned some histoy about the Dutch snd Portugese traders. Sumya is a fantastic guide with a wealth of knowledge. She even gave me tips on where to get the best coffee and cheesecake in town 😋

Dissatisfied Customer With Refund Decision
I was e-mailed tickets and given instructions to meet at the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum. After 10 min past our meeting time I contacted tour guide via Viator message and asked if she was on her way. No response or call so I notified Viator and agent also tried contacting but she also was unable to contact her. I was then told that someone would be reaching out to me to resolve the problem and that I could request a refund once I submit a request and once they find out why tour guide did not show up or try to contact me. A decision was made to refund only 50% of my payment because tour guide claims she was waiting at our cruise ship and tried to call me which I showed no calls or texts from her. I sent them the e-mail showing the instructions where to meet & time with the tickets. Viator stood firm on their 50% refund which I believe e is so unfair since I showed proof that they sent me the meeting which was not at our cruise ship. They took the tour guides words over my documentation of proof! Very disappointed and unsatisfied with their business.

We requested a tour off the beaten tourist path. It was great! Angalika listened and planned well.
We visited a small, local farmers market. People there were kind and explained fruit & vegetables uncommon to us and their uses. We tasted a variety of foods made. We visited little parks, rode trams to neighborhoods that, again, are off the tourist destinations. We thoroughly enjoyed the day. Angelika helped us with future plans. He went far and above our expectations. Thank you!

A wonderful day in Nakasaki with Riona
Riona was a fabulous guide. She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and young. We had a wonderful day! We saw gardens, Peace museum, and a great time at Miyamima with a fun ferry ride with lovely views and beautiful weather.

5 hour tour of Nagasaki from the cruise port
Justin was a great guide. He was attentive to our needs. We visited the Peace Memorial site, the Ropeway, the Spectacle Bridge and a shopping area near Chinatown. He escorted us back to our cruise ship. We used the local tram system for transportation

Nagasaki not with a local
Slightly misleading customised Private Tour. Our tour guide Lavi was Sri Lankan and spoke very little Japanese. However her English was very good. Her local knowledge was not great and she took us to all the attractions we would have visited anyway.
