Your small-group shore adventure starts with an easy pickup right at the Mykonos Port gate. A warm and welcoming local driver-guide will be there to meet you, and you’ll hop aboard a modern, air-conditioned minibus (holding up to 18 passengers). Your journey begins with a scenic drive that highlights the island’s breathtaking natural beauty. (Please red the disclaimer, the tour may begin with either the walking or panoramic driving portion depending on traffic, port conditions, weather, or local events)
Take in a picturesque drive to Armenistis Lighthouse, located on the northern edge of Mykonos. As you travel, your guide will pause at select viewpoints so you can admire the sweeping scenery and snap photos of the Aegean coastline. Once at the lighthouse, you'll enjoy breathtaking vistas of Delos, Rhenia, and Tinos — an ideal spot for unforgettable photos.
Tucked away in the heart of the island, Ano Mera is a picturesque Cycladic village that provides a serene escape from Mykonos’ bustling beach scene. Featuring classic whitewashed architecture, a historic monastery, and cozy local tavernas, it’s one of the rare spots where you can truly connect with the island’s traditional charm and heritage.
Enjoy a stop at one of Mykonos’ beautiful southern beaches. You will be taken to either Kalafati Beach or Elia Beach, dependent on traffic conditions and crowd levels in Mykonos on the day of the tour.
The second part of your tour begins upon arrival in Mykonos Town, where a knowledgeable local guide will accompany you on a leisurely walking tour through its charming, whitewashed streets and famous landmarks. Wander through narrow lanes lined with traditional cube-shaped homes, vibrant doors, and blooming bougainvillea, all creating a picture-perfect atmosphere. As you explore on foot, you'll discover the enduring beauty and heritage of this former Cycladic fishing village. Please note that Mykonos Town is pedestrian-only, so we kindly ask all guests to consider their walking ability before booking.
The iconic 16th-century windmills, set along the shoreline, are among the most recognizable landmarks of Mykonos. Originally built by the Venetians, they once played a key role in the island’s grain production and commerce. PLEASE NOTE: This stop is optional and may be omitted depending on mobility limitations or crowded conditions.
Take a leisurely walk through Little Venice, a charming waterfront neighborhood known for its vibrant 18th-century houses now hosting lively cafés and boutique shops. With stunning views of the sea and the nearby windmills, this picture-perfect spot is ideal for capturing photos and soaking up the unique character of the island.
Marvel at one of the most iconic and photographed churches in Greece, celebrated for its unique asymmetrical shape and striking blend of Cycladic and Byzantine architectural styles. Situated near the entrance of Mykonos’ old town, this historic gem is a must-visit for its cultural significance and stunning visual charm.

A good way to see the island and learn about its history. The guides were very friendly and knowledgeable and made the tour fun and interesting.
The walking tour on Mykonos Old Town was informative . Our tour guide Bill, is knowledgeable of Mykonos Old town history. Rest of the places not as interesting.
Dear Maria, Thank you for your kind review! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the walking tour of Mykonos Old Town and that Bill’s knowledge made the experience informative and enjoyable. Our 4-hour shore excursion is designed to showcase different sides of Mykonos, from scenic coastal views and traditional villages to the historic Old Town. We understand that everyone has different interests and favorite parts of the island, and we always do our best to make the experience enjoyable and memorable for everyone. Thank you again for joining us and for sharing your feedback! Kind regards, Zuzanna Vexperio
Steep inclines to go with level walking Informative..............Tour guides know their stuff. Bring good sneakers .
This tour was very disorganized. It started late and was split into segments with different guides. The original guide Nicola(?) talked very fast, was extremely hard to understand and repeatedly said “okay” after every single sentence. Bill was a much better guide and had a very good command of English. We ended up leaving the tour early since we just could not handle any more.
Dear Leo, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the organization of the tour and the communication with your initial guide. We understand how frustrating it must have been to have difficulty following the commentary and ultimately decide to leave the tour early. We would also like to clarify for future guests that, as stated in the tour description, this experience is intentionally divided into different segments, with approximately two hours of walking and approximately two hours of touring by van. Different guides may therefore be involved during the different portions of the experience. We take your comments about the communication and overall experience very seriously. We have reached out to you privately so that we can better understand what happened on the day and address it appropriately with our team. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize and appreciate your feedback. Kind regards, Zuzanna Vexperio
Bill was a GREAT guide. He took us to really cool out of the way places, even an old bakery that was delicious. It was a lot of walking on uneven pavement but I highly recommend!!
Dear Jo Ann, Thank you for your kind words! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed exploring some of the lesser-known places with Bill — and especially that you discovered one of our delicious old bakeries along the way! We also really appreciate your recommendation. We noticed that you rated your experience 4 stars, and since your comments are so positive, we’d genuinely love to hear if there was anything we could have done to make the experience even better. We’ve reached out to you privately as well, and would be very grateful for any additional feedback. Just as a note for future guests, our 4-hour Mykonos tour combines walking with a van ride. Some of the most interesting and beautiful places we visit are tucked away on smaller streets and areas that aren’t accessible by vehicle, so a certain amount of walking on uneven pavement is part of the experience. Thank you again for joining us and for taking the time to share your experience! Kind regards, Zuzanna Vexperio
The bus tour guide was very knowledgeable and the sights were gorgeous! There is quite a bit of walking!
Dear Gary, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful sights of Mykonos and found your guide knowledgeable. Our 4-hour tour is designed to combine approximately 2 hours of walking with 2 hours of sightseeing by bus, as described in the tour information. We understand that the amount of walking can be a matter of personal preference. Some of Mykonos’ most beautiful and characteristic spots are best experienced on foot, as they are not always accessible by bus or car, and we want our guests to have the opportunity to enjoy these special places up close. Thank you again for joining us and for sharing your experience. We truly appreciate it and hope to welcome you back to Mykonos in the future! Kind regards, Zuzanna Vexperio
This tour is not worth the cost. Unfortunately the guide who said he wasn’t certified etc (I don’t believe it is a requirement in Greece like it is in Italy and Turkey) and it showed. There was no information about the history of the island etc. It was a very expensive van ride around the island with little relevant information. The walking tour was a bit better but didn’t make up for the cost.
Dear Nichole, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry the tour did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that not all of our guides are licensed tourist guides; some are experienced tour leaders. Our team consists of experienced local professionals, including tour leaders born and raised in Mykonos, who have been sharing the island with visitors for many years. We were also surprised by some of the comments, as our guide informed us that you chose to leave the walking tour early to have lunch at a restaurant, and that you were disappointed there was no time for swimming - something that is not advertised as part of the tour. We believe there may have been a mismatch between expectations and the experience offered. We therefore kindly encourage all future guests to read the tour description carefully before booking, so they can make an informed decision about whether this particular tour is right for them. We genuinely value feedback and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for future travelers. Warm regards, Magdalena Vexperio
Amazing tour. Our guides were amazing and it felt like the perfect length to see the entire island. Exceeded all our expectations.
Our guide showed us around me, Canos and we saw many interesting sites. I have back issues and our guide was very aware of that that I wouldn’t fall and that I could do the walking, etc. I really appreciated that.
Dear Guests, Thank you so much for your kind review and for choosing to explore Mykonos with us! We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed discovering the island and visiting its many interesting and beautiful sites. It means a great deal to us to know that your guide was attentive to your needs and made sure you felt comfortable and supported throughout the tour.
