High Class Van Gogh Artwork
Best for art lovers. Entry was smooth tickets were shared one day before visit. At security it took me 10 minutes to get inside which is normal

Museum was closed and Trip Advisor denied a refund
I purchased tickets for my family of 4 and my parents for June 25. Unfortunately the museum was closed due to a technical problem due to the historic heat wave. Began trying to contact Trip Advisor on 6/25 to see what remedies could be made. Had to reach out 4x’s before I finally got response on July 1st after we had returned home from our vacation. Response was that they would not refund my $180 even though we were unable to use the tickets. I have heard the museum is amazing (and museum did provide refunds to ticket holders) so this is nothing to do with the museum but would definitely recommend not booking through Trip Advisor.

Tickets didn’t work. Beware of scam
The tickets didn’t work when I got to the ticket entrance.

Don’t buy. Total rip off.
Viator sold me a ticket on a day that there was no entrance fee required. Because it was required to make a reservation, I was not allowed in. The security staff said this was common with secondary ticket sellers like Viator. Total scam.
Operator response
We are sorry to hear about your experience. Please note that the ticket you purchased is an open-date ticket, valid for one year and not tied to a specific entry time. You can still use it on another eligible date within the validity period. All ticket conditions and validity details are clearly stated in the product description.

Very nice visit despite a bit of waiting.
The museum is superb with a truly exceptional collection of works, especially the Impressionist paintings. There was a bit of waiting at the entrance and some rooms were quite crowded, but the experience remains very pleasant. I recommend it without hesitation during a stay in Paris.
