I booked the reservation via email about 2 weeks before the start of the trip directly through the company "Mui Ne Private Car." The emails were answered relatively quickly, and within a few days, all open questions were clarified. We were picked up from the beach hotel in Mui Ne at noon, and we had planned for the arrival to coincide with check-in at the Nha Trang city hotel starting at 3 PM. The English-speaking driver was very punctual, introduced himself briefly, and after loading the luggage, we were on our way. The ride lasted about 3 hours in bright sunshine. The scenery between Mui Ne and Nha Trang was partly very beautiful. Toilet stops were made upon request. There was a small issue with the city hotel in Nha Trang. Since there were similar hotel names, it took a while on the busy main road to find our booked Diamond Bay Hotel in Nha Trang. I paid the driver in cash in Vietnamese Dong upon arrival, plus a small tip for the help with the luggage. On this transfer ride, there was no bottled water, even though it was very warm at around 30°C in Mui Ne and Nha Trang! Overall, we were very satisfied.
