Jessica was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire tour. They explained the history and interesting stories of the Great Wall in a clear and engaging way and made sure we were comfortable at every step. The organization was excellent, and the guide was also happy to help with photos and make sure we didn’t miss the best viewpoints. We had an amazing experience with MU Bus and John touring the Great Wall of China and the Summer Palace! The bus was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized from start to finish. Our tour guide was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and guided us the entire way, making the experience easy and enjoyable. In August, I booked the Mubus Mutianyu trip and it was excellent. The day was organised without any delays – we had nearly three hours on the wall, which was plenty. Kevin, our guide, was energetic and helpful. He spoke English beautifully and explained everything clearly. The lunch was delicious – a large variety of dishes, from spicy tofu to sweet corn. I couldn't stop eating! I was very happy with the whole experience. I have already recommended Mubus to my friends on social media and will tell my family too.

We had a lovely day in August with Mubus at Mutianyu. We left early morning, spent a good amount of time on the wall, and returned without traffic troubles. Kevin was our guide – he was kind, knowledgeable, and spoke English very clearly. The restaurant served a wide range of tasty food – I liked the dumplings and the green beans. Everything was fresh. We were all very satisfied. I would recommend Mubus to anyone looking for a reliable and fun Great Wall tour.

My friend advice me to booked a tour with them and he didn't lie. They contact you via phone and give you all the information you need to reach the meeting point, what to bring for the day and if you have questions you can ask! Once you get on the bus your guide, Jessica in my case, has explain in details some story and how the tour works. You can choose from two paths to follow (or do both if you like), if you want to eat at the buffet they offer and if you want to add a little gift to bring home. When we arrived Jessica has give all the tickes we paid for and you are free to go! The experience is beautiful and I recommend to do it with Mubus!

Max was attentive and always looked after our group well. His warm attitude made our trip really pleasant. If you are visiting the Great Wall, Max is absolutely a guide you can trust.

We came to Mutianyu Great Wall during the afternoon, and it was refreshing to escape the busy morning crowds. Max gave us very solid, well‑thought‑out advice for our exploration.
