The burial mound is 145 metres in diameter and 50 metres high and is surrounded by statues of lions, eagles, Greek gods such as Zeus and Hercules, as well as Antiochus himself. Would highly recommend this tour! Wonderful tour of the best Commagene Kingdom (Mount Nemrut). Very well organised and our incredible guide had so much knowledge to share. Be prepared to climbing up the mountain but the views make it absolutely beautiful and worth it.
