Thanks Rayna Tours (Mr Abdel Halim) in NH Collection Dubai in the Palm for trip to Motiongate. We bought tickets to Warner browsers Abu Dhabi last year and to Motiongate and See world this year. Thanks for detailed explanation of how to get to the parks. Mr Abdel Halim gave us the timetable of Yas express and said the cost of taxi. Door to door service to one of the best Themepark in the region. Driver was excellent and knowledgeable. On time and easily reachable. Happily recommended.
I bought 6 tickets online and they were not sent to my email and I had to buy them again at the gate. They refused to refund me even though its their fault. Now I paid twice for the tickets.

Aqua venture park is one of the highlights from my honeymoon trip. I would recommend this to families and also couples who are looking for thrilling rides and adventure. The staff were polite and friendly. The park was clean and rides were tidy as well.

Do not make use of Rayna Tours as they are unwilling to assist and not accurate as they provide the wrong information to the client and not accepting their responsibility to act as the local partner for Head out. We received confirmation from head out in an email that we can visit 4 parks with a 2 day access and were issues the wrong information with wrong tickets. We contacted Rayna Tours spoke to Sadart and the did not want to help us as clients. We travelled back to the park for the second day access and was denied access as the tickets were wrong only issued for one day and not two as the email confirmed. I had to tell my three children this news which was very bad as we are from South Africa and are only here till the 10th Dec. We wont be able to visit again.This was the most terrible experience for any parent! We wont recommend Rayna Tours to any family at all!
