The hotel pickup, followed by the visit to the souk and the purchase of food, then the cooking of traditional dishes met all expectations!! An authentic and unforgettable experience! Thank you!
We had a great cooking class with super friendly people! From the pick up directly at the hotel to the end, everything was great! We learned a lot, had a nice group and a great cooking teacher. The food was great. We also talked and learned a lot about Morocco. Visiting a local market was also very interesting. We would definitely recommend it and do it again!
What a wonderful experience! I was the only student in the class, which made it feel incredibly special and personal — something I didn't expect but really appreciated. The day ran from around 11am to 3pm pickup to dropoff, so a really satisfying half-day. It started with convenient hotel pickup, then headed to the market to source fresh spices and vegetables, which was a highlight in itself. The cooking itself was genuinely fun. We made taktouka and a beef and vegetable tagine, with spices, flavours, and techniques explained clearly without feeling like a lecture. While the food cooked, we explored the shops around the restaurant and were served mint tea and sweets — a lovely way to pass the time and soak up more of the local atmosphere. And the food itself? Absolutely delicious. Everyone was warm and welcoming throughout. I learned a good amount, had a great time, and left with a full stomach and new skills. Highly recommend!
