This was an unforgettable experience. Donald was so kind and knowledgeable. We had our 1.5 year old daughter with us and he was extremely patient and wonderful with her. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see and learn about Costa Rica wildlife.

It was an honor to go searching for the quetzal with Donald. He constantly shared his passion with us, and we learned a great deal about the animals and nature in Monteverde from him. We had a great time! He knows so much and can tell you so many interesting facts about animals their habitat but also about everything else. He saw things we would have never seen with the naked eye. Donald is a very competent expert on the nature and wildlife in Monteverde and Costa Rica, an incredibly dedicated guide and also a very nice and friendly person. He was able to discover and show us animals that we would never have found on our own - the absolute highlight was the quetzal. Donald can also explain the larger context of nature and wildlife as well as the effects of climate change in Costa Rica.
