If you opt for the Light Lunch, the tasting will be paired with a rich menu of local specialties, such as a board of typical cheeses and cured meats, lasagna, and, for dessert, cantucci biscuits served with Vin Santo.

Loved the market tour, disappointed by the pizza part
The market tour part was absolutely fantastic. Great food samples, we learned about balsamic olive oils, and tried new ones we'd never heard of before. Would absolutely rate the market part 5/5 stars. The pizza part was disappointing. We didn't learn much about how to make it. Most of the pre-work steps were done for us, and the selection of toppings was limited. If you just want to have a pizza it's fine but if you want to learn how to make pizza this won't do that. We did a different event about making pasta that was much more rewarding and involved. Would only rate the pizza part of this activity 2.5/5 stars.
