Poor Customer service
The driver was 30 minutes late. Did not call to notify customer. Also, there was no sign on the van, nor did he have a sign with customer’s name. When customer tried to verify his was their driver, he had a bad attitude. Glee Tours does not answer their phone or respond back to voicemail messages.

Sharon we are certain that we didn’t do an airport transfer for you. Also we have never been late for a pickup and never called. Whoever you wrote this review for please let them reach out to us.

Teric Clarke is all u need to know. Pick him
Teric Clarke was our driver. I swear it was God sent him just for us. He drove us 4 out of the 5 days we were there. Omg on the first ride every since we requested him from there on out. We(me him n my hubby) vibed so well but it was like instantly. If you’re looking for a cool young relaxing guy who knows Montego Bay and the other surrounding areas pick him. He don’t mind taking you wherever and treating you like you’re his family. In the short amount of time we grew a close bond. We’ll definitely be connecting with him when we get back home. We will be requesting him on our next trip. The service was on point and he was ALWAYS on time.. ALWAYS MADE SURE WE WERE SAFE.

Reliable
I had a little trouble in the airport finding my bag so I reached out to the company and let them know. When I got out the driver was their waiting for me patiently. The ride back to the airport was excellent as well, the driver was one time and vehicle was clean and air condition equipped.

Thank you Shanice and Renardo !!!
We booked a last minute transfer and the tour rep called us to confirm within 3 minutes. Our driver Shanice greeted us with a smile and she made us felt very welcome to the island.
It was a short ride we covered so many topics. I even took out my note book to write some details down.
On our return travel we had Renardo and he a was knowledgable person as well.
