We had a complex request for pickup and dropoff, and weren't quite sure of the timing of all of our stops. Francois was accommodating, and kept us apprised of timing. He also accommodated the many small changes we made in the schedule throughout the day. He was a good guide and a great communicator. I would recommend him highly.
