Description
Traveling by mokoro is undeniably the best way to experience the Okavango Delta as you explore the waterways and take nature walks where you have the opportunity to track game and get a closer-up feel of this unique environment. Here, bird life is spectacular, and on foot you are able to have a much more intense experience of the bush, particularly the flora and fauna that might go unnoticed. A hippo pod wakes you at sunrise, their bellowing grunts echoing across the seasonal lagoon.
