Moab Canyoneering Experience

We did the Bow and Arrow morning followed by the 1/2-day rafting experience. Steph was an amazing guide for the canyoneering and made us all feel very safe. The hike is moderate but really fun as you get to climb over rocks and see so many beautiful parts of the canyon. We did 4 rappels and he was very encouraging and patient with everyone including the 2 kids on the trip. It was truly a highlight of our trip to Moab! In the afternoon we had Molly as our river guide. The rapids were not super exciting, but she made them really fun and kept the kids engaged by having some fun games for them to play in the water and on the boat. I would absolutely recommend Red River Adventures if you want something different for your trip to Moab! 10/10!

Chamisa canyoneering. Great half day trip to get taste of canyoneering. True to images included in specific trip details. It doesn't show you everything there is to see in canyoneering (of course) but it's a great way to start. A large part of the beginning "adventurous hike" to top of canyon included what was an arduous climb for this 66 year old man, up a steep canyon wall. Getting wet in the narrow chasm was great. Final 80'+ rappel was safely rigged and exciting to do- no one in our group hesitated. Guide was great and physically assisted if help was needed at challenging transitions in slot canyon. You'll want to do all of their trips after doing this one!

We did the Rock of Ages Canyon and had a great time. The hike up was a little challenging and the rappels were very fun.

Top day hanging out with new friends and an exceptional guide and instructor. Adam gave each person in our small group of novice adventurers total confidence in our ability to complete the hike and four rappels. Every moment—hiking, scrambling over rocks, learning the proper use of the rappelling equipment, taking those first tentative steps backwards down a cliff face with a rope in hand—all of it—just wonderful! My experience was so amazing! I can’t wait to do this again—learn more. Thank you for a truly incredible day.

I would have preferred a lot more rappelling and a lot less hiking. Guide, Adam, was great, though and made the excursion fun and enjoyable.

Adam was our guide And it was what we expected. Took my 2 sons to do this and glad we did it was very memorable. We will definitely return to this

It was our first time canyoneering, and we had a great time. You do 2 descends combined with a few miles of hiking. Nate was our guide and he was a great teacher and we had a fun time with him!

We had a great experience with Red River Adventures and our guide Jeff. Our family of 4 (kids ages 24 & 25) did the Rock of Ages adventure. It was a beautiful 5 mile hike with 3 amazing rappels. We really felt like we really got out in the wilderness and the beauty of Moab. We did not encounter any other humans the entire time. Jeff was super nice and cool. He made us feel very comfortable with the rappels. I'd highly recommend this adventure and Red River Adventures.

We did the Bow and Arrow Canyon Canyoneer Adventure. Nate was a great guide, very patient with two of us repelling for the first time. Felt as safe as one could being nervous going off 115ft repel. Would definitely recommend.

A friend recommended the Bow and Arrow hike and canyoneering experience. I have to admit I was nervous but booked our family (2 19 year old DD) none of us had done anything like this. The hike was moderate difficulty but great scenery and lots of knowledge by Cage. Adam definitely added some comic relief. They led us thru 4 rappels. Both guides were attentive and supportive of the group. We highly recommend!
