Highly recommend

Excellent experience with Brian as our guide - both for locals who do not otherwise walk in this area, and out of town guests; I greatly enjoyed learning more about the history of the Minnesota and our Twin Cities. The narration during the walks was important and the route, walking through the mill district and over the bridge from west of the Mississippi River to the east side, was informative and beautiful (picturesque views!) It is always worth being reminded that the land we stand on carries the history, culture, and continued presence of its Indigenous peoples, and that nature is not only beautiful (Minnesota actually has over 11,000 lakes!), but also worthy of deep respect and protection for current and future generations. In addition to crossing the bridge over the mighty Mississippi River, we learned of the history bridging centuries, and cultures, which to me reinforced how being on the right side of humanity demands courage, during some periods more so than others; calling out injustice and giving voice to just causes has long been an awesome aspect of Minnesota life. Thank you for the great tour and choices of venues to visit! I highly recommend this tour (if feasible, consider a way to offer a discounted price so that even more can enjoy!).

Great tour. Delicious food. Highly recommend.

Wonderful tour with fantastic food delights. Brian did a great job of showing us some very interesting and unique areas of Minneapolis. He has a very thorough knowledge base of the area and he tied the food items in with the stories. We sampled many delicious foods from unique Ethnic restaurants and learned about how Immigrants brought so much culture, business knowhow and their special food items to the US. We highly recommend this tour.

It was a hike from the second stop to the third, so if you have issues walking you might want to reconsider. Otherwise it was a great tour and good food.

Great Riverwalk Tour

Brian was a great guide! Solid knowledge of food scene, local and regional history. Five good stops with good diversity. Venues were quiet on a Thursday but friendly staff. We covered a lot of ground and were able to hit multiple neighborhoods/areas.
