And this lesson offers you a unique double experience: the making of a traditional Japanese mini-garden, and a lesson in the art of perfecting your matcha. Beautiful Japanese gardens can be seen in temples and other places in Japan. Zen Garden is a type of garden that symbolically expresses natural scenery such as mountains, rivers, and the sea without using water, and is attractive for its “beauty of space” and “lean design. You can create your own original Japanese garden using miniature Zen Garden. In the Matcha tea experience, you will make your own Matcha and enjoy it with seasonal Japanese sweets. As a take-home souvenir, you will receive a basic miniature karesansui kit to continue enjoying this tradition at home.
