I believe this to be your second review regarding a tour which you custom made to suit your famility needs. Our companys mistake was to allow a jeep safari tour to be custom made to a mini bus tour. Ofcourse you can not visit all places with a mini bus as you would do with a jeep. This was clearly advised to you when you made the booking via one of the street offices. You were advised while on the phone with us that all the offroad stops (which were only 3 stops by the way) could not be accessed with the mini bus and you agreed. We also dropped you off to the air port with all your luggage at the end of the trip which was once again not a service we provide but we accomodated your family none the less. You visited the monastery, 3 traditional villages including Lefkara and a secluded beach where you chose to have lunch instead of swim.

We appreciate all feedback in our company. We have spoken both to our driver and to the office in which you have made the reservation for one of our tours. The tour that you have chosen is a Jeep safari tour and the stops on this tour were designed for a 4 x 4 vehicle in mind. When the office rang to enquire about making this booking as a mini bus tour, it was made very clear that certain stops will need to be removed from the tour as the mini bus is not able to go off road.....We heard the office explaining this to you in the background and you agreed it was ok. This is called a mini mountain jeep safari and the itinerary is as follows. - Stop at the Monastery of Ayia Thekla (sometimes these monasteries decide to close on public holidays and we are not notified in advance) - Coppermine (this can only be done by a 4 x 4 because it can only be accessed via off road, so this could not be included in your tour) - Coffee stop at the authentic village of Lithrodonta (Traditional village) which you visited on your tour. - Water dam/view point (once again can only be accessed via off road by a 4 x 4 vehicle and this could not be included in your tour) - Traditional village of Lefkara (main feature and lots to visit and see, hence why 2 hours provided there) - Free time for Swimming and lunch at Mazotos secluded paradise beach (You opted to go for lunch and no swimming) So overall 5 stops for this mini tour. You missed out on the 2 stops which required offroad access. This was accepted by you when you made the booking, and this is why we made the exception to do the tour by minibus. (The brochure description is attached and just wondering what 7 attractions you are referring to) Athos is one of our best drivers and professional guides. Since you use Tripadvisor you will witness the endless number of 5 star reviews in Athos honor. After having spoken with him, he mentioned that you enjoyed the trip overall and that you tipped him as well for a job well done. The mini bus used for your tour does not accommodate luggage but we made an exception again as we were advised by you that most of the suitcases were small and that it will be no problem to fit in the extra two seats on the bus. Your driver's reaction to the suitcase situation is because the suitcases were large and barely fit in the extra two seats in the mini bus. So misleading the driver had already put him in an uneasy situation. Our company does not normally provide transfers to the airport after tours but we had again made an exception for your group since the last stop happened to be close to the airport. This alone saved your group approximately 150-200 euros in airport transfer fees. We believe that our company accommodated and served your group in the best way possible, on a tour that you chose that was not designed for a mini bus. We do not believe that we warrant any type of refund for this tour as both the tour was carried out to the best of the mini bus capabilities and with your acceptance in the removal of certain stops in advance that it will not be able to be accessed on this particular tour. The driver Athos did his best to accommodate you and guide you on a tour with limitations as it would normally be done by a 4 x 4 .

Thank you for your review. As we have already done so in a personal email, once again we apologise on behalf of the company for the behaviour of the driver on this tour. Our companys policy is not to discuss politics, religion or any other sensitive subjects. The driver has been spoken to regarding this event and be rest assured this will not happen again. We are sorried you found our Mini mountain jeep safari boring, but we do tend to use genuine, athentic places for out tours, away from the touristic hussle and bussle places.

Thank you for your review. This is called a mini jeep safari as thats exactly what it is, as short relaxing trip with a taste of traditional villages and a swim stop to refresh you from the heat.
