The drinks & food included in the tour were delicious, and more plentiful than I had expected. Anna also shared the history of the area, and was happy to answrr so many other questions. A great introduction to the Navigli district. Highly recommend.
This is the perfect way to experience Navigli. Looking down the canals you have no idea where to begin. Our guide Ana made it so memorable. She brought just the right amount of food, fun and history to the group. Come hungry, because you will eat, a lot! Again, Ana was amazing!

In a busy, overwhelming area Michaela guided us through a wonderful sampling of types of aperitivo. It was nice to enjoy all the spots that were chosen as we walked through the sites and sounds of the Navigli area. So fun to sit around a table and experience the culture of an area through their food and customs. Highly recommend this guide and this tour!

Amazing tour. Gian Mario was excellent, took us to some awesome local spots and had wonderful knowledge about the food and area. He even had outstanding recommendations for spots to go after the tour!
I was lucky, there were some lovely people on our tour who were easy to talk to and the food and drink was nice. Good gelato, yummy risotto and nice wine and cocktail. Although our guide was lovely, the tour lacked any depth or knowledge about the Milanese lifestyle. There seemed to be a lack of authenticity and our guide was not always sure what was next on the list. It is nice to get a sense of history of a place, some personal stories or anecdotes from neighbourhood characters of young or old, or just a story or insight into the district... Just didnt come away with any insights or feeling of the local cuusine/ people. I had my first negroni sbagliato. I would have loved to have known where the name came from, how it originated...the whole tour just a bit underwhelming really. Think the experience has the potential to be sensatinal with a bit more careful planning and oomph!!
So looking forward to this tour however apart from the lovely people we met on the tour the experience was very disappointing and welll below par of previous food tours we have done. Poor communication about meeting spot - photo only sent to some people on group and not others Thr guide was nice enough but totally dis interested and at times not sure why the stops picked were selected. Told were were getting focaccia at one stop and did not occur and no table set up for us as would normally happen so could not sit with rest of the group. Facts that were shared were not accurate at times. Could be so much better as Navigli has so much to offer Eat Europe yours provide a much better experience !!
