Totally worthy experience, it was the first time we rode jet ski and the guide explain us everything so patient. Weather was extremely beautiful that day and we had so much fun, definitely an activity you have to take when visiting Miami

The provided address we were given lead us to the hotel. They provided no further details after that pickup address. We asked the hotel staff and he showed us the piers. We walked all the way to pier 1 where they said the jetskis where. They told us to ask for gigi me and a group of other people couldn’t find gigi and no one knew where to find them. We arrived there at 4:47 and there was no boat docked at the pier. So we called the number provided the guy was very helpful however he said stay at the pier Gigi should be coming however she never showed up and we ended up sitting there till 6 p.m waiting for the boat after we waited they said they was going to reschedule. Oh and the gate is locked so you cant even get in unless someone comes and opens it. I suggest just going to the beach and finding people who have jetskis its a couple dollars cheaper and its right then and there.

This is necessary to complete the check-in process and fill out the mandatory waiver before boarding. Our jet skis are stationed at a dedicated platform located across from Pace Picnic Island. The boat at the meeting point is solely intended to transport guests to this base. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait without clear direction, and we truly regret that Gigi could not be located during that time. Despite being fully booked the following day, we did offer to reschedule your activity as a courtesy, and we regret that your experience did not meet expectations.
