We went on a city tour and the truth was great, our driver and guide Alfonso was wonderful! At all times I explain every corner and every detail of everything we visit. He did not lack detail, he is a super charming gentleman! And super comfortable transport, all more than right! So I highly recommend it! In one day we could visit everything we wanted as we didn't have much time. Very happy!!

We had a wonderful tour of Miami with our tour guide John. He drove us to all the landmarks of the city and he was very knowledgeable. He was even able to save us a parking space for our car. I highly recommend this tour.

We had a late flight out of Miami after our cruise and needed something to do that included safe storage of our luggage. This tour was perfect! John was wonderful - he took us all over Miami in his large, air-conditioned van, while explaining everything we were seeing. We had ample opportunities to stop and walk around for photos and lunch and John always stayed with our luggage while we were away from the van. Highly recommend!

We chose a private tour to gain flexibility but it would have been better and much cheaper to choose the Hop On Hop Off Bus. The guide did nothing but drive us for 3 1/2 hours through Miami without letting us stop or take pictures, or for coffee or to go to the bathroom. We were hoping to get out of the car and see the different sights but all we got to see for 15 minutes was Little Havana and because my husband got Very serious because we couldn't take it anymore without going to the bathroom. Otherwise, the guide wouldn't have stopped to let us take a picture. It was a tremendous disappointment. I would not recommend this excursion to ANYONE

Durante el tour pueden solicitar al guía detenerse para tomar fotografías, caminar por una zona, utilizar un baño, tomar un café o dedicar más tiempo a cualquier punto de interés, siempre dentro del tiempo contratado. El guía va desarrollando el recorrido y continúa hacia los diferentes puntos mientras los pasajeros no indiquen que desean realizar una parada. En ningún caso existe una política que limite o impida bajar del vehículo. De hecho, la flexibilidad para decidir dónde detenerse y cuánto tiempo dedicar a cada lugar es una de las principales ventajas de contratar un tour privado. Cuando ustedes manifestaron que deseaban detenerse en Little Havana, la parada se realizó. De la misma manera, cualquier otra solicitud de parada durante el recorrido habría podido ser atendida. Sentimos que esta dinámica no haya quedado suficientemente clara durante su experiencia y tomaremos su comentario como una oportunidad para recordar a nuestros guías que, al comenzar cada tour privado, expliquen expresamente a los pasajeros que pueden solicitar paradas en cualquier momento.
