To clarify, the pick-up location you provided was approximately an hour and a half away from the Miami Beach tour area. Given the distance, we anticipated that the round-trip travel time for pick-up and drop-off would take up to 4 hours of the total 4-hour tour duration, leaving little time for the actual tour itself. Additionally, the driver had already been in traffic for almost 40 minutes on his way to pick you up, which further contributed to the timing challenges. Taking all this into consideration, we felt it would be best to cancel the tour and issue a full refund, as we wanted to avoid providing a rushed or disappointing experience. We understand how important your time is, and we regret that this wasn't communicated more clearly ahead of time. We would love to offer you a private tour in the Miami area with a more convenient pick-up location for a better experience in the future.
