We had a great tour, and our guide Toti was terrific. We had so much food that we were completely stuffed by the end of the tour. We tried 8-10 different foods and drinks at 6 different stops, and each item was explained in detail. Not just the food itself, but we also got context on how each dish was prepared, plus the history behind the dishes. We learned a lot, and everyone was so gracious and friendly. It was a walking tour, but we never felt tired or rushed, and our guide prepared and paced us well. One of the best tours we've had -- thank you!
If you do one thing in Mexico City, make it this EatMexico tour. We spent the morning tasting our way across the city and loved every bite — the chicharrones and the Bomba were standouts for me, and my 14-year-old proudly tried intestines and asked for more. What really made it, though, was our guide Clara: she knows the food inside and out and clearly loves it, and her enthusiasm was contagious. A delicious, memorable morning for the whole family. Don't miss it.

Our guide was Yimmah (“Gim”). We walked around Central Mexico City eating from an extensive range of Street vendors. She was superb. She was charismatic, knowledgeable and taught us how Mexican cooking involved and was influenced by the Spanish who brought new techniques. We ate loads, huge variety, massively entertaining and “Gim” was brilliant. Recommended

What an absolutely amazing experience. We had the pleasure of touring with Clara who was absolutely wonderful. She took us all around the San Juan markets, as well as local street vendors. She had so many wonderful stories to tell, taught is tips and tricks for street foods and we had the best birria ans pastor weve ever had. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Clara was our guide for a food tour with three adults and two 8-year-olds. She was phenomenal in selecting approachable yet interesting and new food options that appealed to everyone in the group. She was very kind and engaging with our kids. The food we tried was all delicious. I’ve been on other food tours that felt a bit like a gauntlet of information and food, but this tour had bite-sized portions of both. If you’re looking for a kid-friendly food tour that is also interesting for adults, look no further!

This allows us to visit more places and ensures everyone leaves having tried as much variety as possible. Even so, if anyone has a bigger appetite, we can always order more of what they enjoyed most.
