- It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated. Missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded.

We did this tour with Rob today and had a great time. Rob was engaging and very knowledgeable. His tour route hit some great highlights stretching from Egyptian and Roman through Impressionism to 20th century American art. Plenty of information, but delivered in a manner that was easy to digest and understand. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend the group tour! It consisted of about 7 of us, so it was small enough to clearly hear the information shared. It allowed us to explore the museum with the expert guidance of our guide, who was very knowledgeable and funny too! I loved not having to guess where to go in the vast buildings and felt comfortable that we were not missing any of the can't miss sights!
