Alfredo is the best!
Alfredo was the best driver for our trip! He is very kind, knowledgeable and was very patient. He helped us plan a few things where our plans changed! When we squealed at every bug in the city, we laughed together at our goofiness! He is truly the best. Alfredo! Thank you for showing our family the best time and I thank you for your knowledge and passion about your city!

We love hearing that his patience, knowledge, and flexibility helped you enjoy the experience even when your plans changed. And of course, those funny moments with the bugs are memories you’ll probably laugh about for a long time!

Typical tourist basics. Nothing custom or bespoke about it
The car is not very comfortable, certainly does not resemble the one pictured. We had done this tour before and it was much more comfortable and private. The choice of cenote, restaurant and car is not what we would have chosen, but that's what the tour company should do.

Thank you for your comments. Out of more than 150 excellent reviews on the web, this is our first negative one. You are more than welcome to send us all your suggestions to our email so we can review the situation and continue improving.
If the experience did not feel personalized, it may be because we did not receive a response from you. I invite you to check your WhatsApp, where you will see several messages from us trying to contact you in order to personalize your day, but unfortunately we did not receive a reply.
I would also like to mention that all of our vehicles are recent models, no more than three years old.
