Don't get fooled. No art

Quite literally the worst customer service. 100% tourist trap. 0% art

It is not worthy. Disappointing!!

It is too expensive, definitely it is not worthy. I would spend my money on something else. I would not recommend it

Expensive political lecture disguised as "immersive art" — Avoid!

Do not waste your money on Mercer Labs if you are expecting a genuine, high-tech immersive art experience like ARTECHOUSE or other digital exhibits. This place is a classic case of false advertising. The advertisements and videos make it look like a cutting-edge visual journey, but the actual experience feels incredibly cheap, disorganized, and entirely lacking in the depth or quality you’d expect for the steep ticket price. To make matters worse, the exhibit has a bizarre, heavy-handed agenda that they completely hide from you until you're inside. I noticed a recurring theme of a crown hovering over the heads of children and animals. When I asked a staff member what the crown symbol was supposed to mean, I was shocked by the response. They said it was designed to promote anti-capitalism and anti-greed, and that the exhibit "needed to teach children and adults about socialism." I came here for an artistic, immersive escape, not a forced political lecture. Had I known this place was going to push a specific ideological agenda on its guests—especially targeting children—I would not have gone. Save your time and your cash, and go to a real art museum instead.

Immersive NYC Experience

90 minute immersive experience with lights , mirrors and ambient music. Totally enjoyed it . Not crowded plenty of time to enjoy the exhibits at our own pace. Several are bangers- captivating, immersive etc. a few are repetitive.

Art space for the perpetually online and influencer/influenced crowd

More of an art exhibit than a museum. Mostly felt like something set up to ‘wow’ the online influencer-types by being able to take video to show you how ‘immersive’ it is (hint: it isn’t). Save your money and time.

Terrible - don't waste your time or your money!!!

TERRIBLE ! We have seen so many other immersive exhibits that were wonderful. This is a very poor product and certainly not worth the steep price of admission. I highly recommend that you pass. The Museum of Broadway, Rise New York or the Museum of the Moving Image were all light years better than this awful attraction!
